Title says it all. I know Guderian is the best general in the game, but is he worth selling Vatutin and Govorov for?

Vatutin can be sold because he isn't good compared to tank-master Guderian, keep govorov he is the best artillery general in the game.

should I sell Vatutin(Marshal) for Rommel(L General)? since theres a mission requires a lot of ace force skill, and I already have guderian, patton and Zhukov.
