I want one of these two to be my third tank gen (currently own Rommel and Guderian) but I'm not sure which is better.

I want one of these two to be my third tank gen (currently own Rommel and Guderian) but I'm not sure which is better. It depends one difference is their starting stats: Rokossovsky might be a little too varied & underwhelming when you just buy him while Vatutin is lacking in skill potential & starting HP. Some also find Rokossovsky is too expensive & less impractical while some feel that Vatutin is low on potential. There are many differences & similarities between the both of them. In the end, you have to choose who suits you best because this is YOUR game after all. For me vatutin is the cheaper and more dependable choice as he can get you very far into mid game, but looking at your situation you already have far better generals, rommel and guderian, so why not aim for an artillery general or a navy one? Artillery and infantry generals make a good assistant to tank gens, and navy generals have significant importance in wc4
