Rn i am at discovery age and ive been sitting for a while playing empire and conquestd modes to collect some medals. Only 4 of my generals are at discovery age cuz i dont have enough medals for upgrading them. Now i have enough medals for upgrading barbarossa(it costs 600 medsls) and peter costs 750, only 150medals away. Peter has infcom and rumor and barb has infcom and leadership also peter has shelter and barb has marshal but i dont think that they are very good abillities also peters skills will cost cheaper to upgrade so what do u guys recommend should i use peter or barbarossa,or should i save my medals and upgrade other general and use lincoln instead (yeah he doesnt have infcom but is free)?

I’d say get Barbarossa. He has really good skills whether or not you notice it. All 3 of skills are amazing. Lincoln should be free so he is also an option. I’d say save peter till industrial, when he automatically gets the braveness trait. Good luck man!

Leadership is an amazing skill, which debuffs the enemy, barbarossa has a crap ton of health an infantry. I personally am going for a 3 team infantry with caesar, petain, and peter/barbarossa. As one of his traits, he gets braveness, which makes an overpowered combination with rumor. So if you buy peter you are going to have to keep him forever. Barbarossa on the other hand is free, and will save you lots of medals. You can replace him with richard once you are in industrial, or just keep him all together. He gains fury and samurai at the end, fury is aight but samurai I ain’t crazy about. You can use him all the way up to industrial. |

In fact, I’d say he is better than genghis khan. Saladin has -50% damage. I say focus on what will help you right now the most, aa you can recover from any mistakes you make from daily missions in the future, like you can make 500+ medals a day eventually |

As has been said already you could have Bismarck in reserve and swap him in for an inf/cav general in missions that require 2 artilleries. |

I say Barbarossa. He is good. You get him from Vienna, from what I remember (I have not played this game for 1 and a half weeks).

My barbarossa already outdoes genghis khan. Shame that his lvl 6 abilities suck. Although Rage is ok for invasions. Petain will outdo him in industrial.

Oh thx u saved my life i was already thinking about restarting the game but nvm. But im still thinking will 3 inf 4/3 archers and 1/2 arty be better? Which one would u suggest me |

Honestly, I just upgrade the skills of my best generals, and I’ll try again once all of my generals are at discovery level. |
