Hello everyone! Recently, an update came for Google version of World Conqueror 4. I have seen some of our players are not satisfied with this update. We’ve added inspiration videos to this game and you could get rewards by watching the videos. As I said giving medals instead of resources as reward for watching videos would be far better. 1. Some players (well, actually majority) don't need resources anymore (they have all upgrades already). 2. It is very difficult to satisfy all players with the same amount of resources. All advanced players will simply ignore it, because of a low amount. 3. You can eliminate all these problems by giving 4-5 medals instead. |

Agreed with stoic, medals are always more popular. I don't know that there are that many players that werent happy with the optional ads but by all means if you have other suggestions let's hear them This thread will have announcement status for a little while so as to give it maximum visibility and hopefully get some feedback. |

I support the above comments. I managed to almost completely upgrade all my tech trees simply by waiting for the Wonders to provide the resources and clearing Daily Missions. This way, I spend less time on WC4 and still earn more than watching videos.
However, the method of earning resources by watching advertisements is better for new players with a lot of time and very little resources. They can get considerably large amounts of resources at the cost of very little time, as the cost of early tech and weaker equipment is very low.
If you want to consider this option, maybe add it as an optional feature which players can choose not to use. The feature should not be as obtrusive as its WC4 counterpart as a "useless" feature blocking the map may feel unsightly.

I would like to see this feature in EW6, because many players may not have the time to grind resources and medals and that would help both the players and you company

I did post this suggestion in a bug report thread but I'll get it over here, but first I'll support this idea from stoic , 5 medals will tempt me to watch it, and still less rewarding than Invasions (as they give 9, 12 and 16 respectively... well, 6, 8 and 12 without Wonders, but for newcomers its a better deal), and give my 2 cents as a max level player (lvl 50). The resources given actually are a joke. 3600 gold for an add? The few upgrades I'm missing cost ~200,000 gold, so the latest update just brought in for me a missclick option that offer me no reward. It should scale with player's level, giving the actual amount for levels 1-10, from 11-20 twice, 21-30 thrice, 31-40 four times and 41-50 five times. 18k gold is a reasonable amount that I may consider watching an ad for (remember 4 gens Investigation give as a base 30,000 gold, so I find this fair). The upgrades and mission rewards go up with level, but these Ad rewards do not, which makes them not appealing at all. I also wish this game received a last update, in which there is a campaign as the "bad boys", playing as the Terrorists against the United Nations. I would love to give it a go at those Tanks and Cruisers they use. Even if its a paid extension (like 2-3€), I would gladly pay for it if it holds campaign and conquest (and hopefully some domination quests). IMO its a great addition, and we can play both sides (Axis and Allies + WTO and Nato) for all campaigns and conquests, but not this last time? Maybe allow to play them in the 1980 conquest as well (with the map starting being less overtaken by Terrorists)? I'm really keen on the second paragraph, I'll gladly watch 5-10 ads for it or 2-3 euros. Troops, stats and models are already in, it just needs some making and testing. Thanks for making this thread btw jamesyang , and hopefully you can arrange something for this to happen. Else its fine, I'm looking for the next game or a EW6 patch too |

jamesyang, I do quite like the idea of an ad for different resources, and I think that is an awesome idea to make revenue and speed up in game progression. I also think you people should make custom gens a little less expensive because you can barely make a 4* gen with 1800 medallions. Also, make sure you get a little more money (medals) when you fire a general.

If someone is willing to watch 20 "inspiration videos" (better known in some circles as "commercials" ) and will receive 100 medals for that - I don't think the balance is in any danger. On the contrary, I think it is a good deal for ET, maybe even a gold mine  |

often when you play a game there is a maximum number of advertisements that you can watch per day. if easytech adds this they can keep the balance.

Bring in more generals there are many generals we suggested so far to make the game more interesting also customize our own general for 900000 medals? (Dumb idea pls ignore haha) imo adding Vietnam into the cold war campaigns and as a playable 1950 conquest country (why not yall missed this huge part:( ) and consider adding a 1980 conquest with many countries in there(for instance asian countries left out like Indonesia Malaysia Singapore etc) |

I don't mind the ads but as long as they aren't forced on us (players) it's a good idea at least you gave us a choice if we wanted to watch the ad or not lastly medals would be a good idea or higher resources amounts would increase the likely hood of players watching the ads. IT also woud be cool if vichy france, east and west germany were in the game and that indonesia woud be dutch instead of english.
