I got him recently and his mobity sucks. If I dont find a way to improve it, I migth go for a possible team without tortoises

There's only one upgrade and a couple of items. True, luckily we could use some items. Although bad part, the +3 mobility will cost you a medal. And medal farming is difficult in the game. 😭 |

I had the same issue with caesar. Once his mobility stopped sucking, he became really strong. Almost a front liner. Any mih iv is by far the best archer general, so there is no need to scrap him

If you save oration for this guy, he have 60% of critical rate (with a crossbow and advantage lvl 4 with banner)

yuanzhong , you are right, i read wrong the text , but of 35% of crit rate +20% critical damage, +25% rate of attack twice is really very good.
