This guy is literally caesar except with jungle fighting instead of plain fighting, which is stronger but slightly less common. Enuff said

andrei, yep because of that he is stronger. caesars buff can work pretty easily for both. so in reality compare to mithradates he dont have additional skill on the other hand mith has 20crit rate most of time.

LOL. Ceaser buffes himself all the way long, while Mithridates needs to be nearby which limits his use in that case. Dependent general is stronger? Well, OK. |
