Never had these and judging by how you've described them I probably wouldn't either. I'm a big fan of crunchy food and don't care much for chewy foods.

Frikandel Speciaal looks good. I know these words for German but I can't remember them exactly. But if I had to choose between regular ones then I'd say kroket
