Since Hindenburg already has Def Formation,maybe I'll make Ivanov the aura general since he has inspiration(looks like a leader to me so yeah).I'll have Hotzendorf and Beseler on full offensive while Hindenburg take care of their backs and Ivanov giving the aura.Behold the HIBI

I gave Hindenburg the commander aura as well as defense. He supports my infatry and smaller guns while ivanov is protected by his countrymen nicolaovich and they rest of the horses for conquest. He can attack twice which is why he is good without the aura. On campaign having hindenburg and ivaov together is devistating!!!
