Jungle and mountain with tactics master, assault and intercept would be brutal infantry general. Too bad Boroevic doesn't have assault nor intercept

It’s pretty fun to obliterate the Italians with him on an air gun soldier in 1914.

There seems to be a huge competition between infrantry generals. .Can't wait for the next update I argee. Generals such as Bismarck, Haig, Borevic, Robert E. Lee, and MacMahon are all capable of being very good.

After about an hour of using this guy I have to say that he is very good. At his worst, when he is on a plain tile or city tile, he has assualt, formation master, and tactics master, which are all great skills. At his best, his crit damage is pretty much the highest out of all of the infantry generals (happens very frequently as infantry is very fast in this game). He also crits all the time. Great pick

Great pick I mean, you can keep it if you like it, but Formation Master is pretty darned bad because it’s +10% damage on something that has less than 100% chance to trigger. I’ve figured since Green Jacket Riflemen has 25% crit chance against infantry that Crit skills overall just amount to >2,5% damage at lv5, which is bad, like WC3 leader skill level bad. Besides, we have infantry master.

Because Boreovic definitely crits noticeably more often than Robert E Lee or Petain, who don’t have that skill on my team.

He is a pretty solid choice. But unfortunately, he is capped at duke so if you bought bismarck and replaced his counterattack with pf, and had another inf aura general, you would have a more effective team.

Even if that was the case then it’s a 3,5% damage increase because the crit damage is (if it’s still the same as in 1804) 135%. Still lousy imo, and it was lousy in 1804, since Ney didn’t even have better crit damage that the three aura cav since they just had way higher base damage.

Infantry master increases output by 10% all the time. Formation master isn’t exactly an emergency to replace as it is still pretty solid imo, but i’ll definitely replace it down the road with something better. I’ll keep mountains because it goes really well with jungles and the fast speed that infantry can march at
