I completed all naval missions with 3 stars with semi upgraded Beaty and Bacon so making demi god naval generals is really not needed☺ Those two guys owned the seas without resistance ☺   |

Ok to sum up this thread, rage and inspiration are arguably useful, but for the sake of maximum efficiency perhaps they can be swapped with gunsight master and alert.

Does Hipper surpass Scheer in general and navy abilities? Given the fact that Scheer's max is now Emperor, i've yet to do the calculations. If so then the Scheer firepower of the German Navy could beat the allies into the Bermuda Triangle.

Also, Hipper is a better investment because he requires less skill replacement than Scheer (15 skill books instead of 30, which is a huge difference) and costs medals. |
