rage is good but as navy can’t heal, it is very dangerous to use. Imo I would rather make my general into a sakurako then a nelson We can get Sakurako AND Nelson Right. Beatty + Hipper. |

TBH, although Hipper is still a very good admiral, Betty is still a better buy because he is cheaper and is also extremely useful for the British history mode missions.

You can’t give a navy general a healing item after 8+ generals. I do agree about giving the items in missions though. |

Accidentally swapped rage for alert . He is the boy together with Duke of Aosta (aka Duke Nukem) .
I don't like British admirals because they're all heirs of Capt. Drake (pirates).

My Hipper has the following skills,I changed Rage for Alert and now I'm looking forward to change inspiration but I'm not sure what to get.
Line Of Battle
Navy Commander
Tactic Master
Alert
I'm thinking about Pierce,Gunsight Master or maybe Escort but I'm not sure, any advice?

Maybe change navy commander if you already have beatty? As you need beatty's navy commander for history battle of Jutland.

I like rage, and think he is superior to Beatty, but I would trade Inspiration for Helmsman.

Does Hipper surpass Scheer in general and navy abilities? Given the fact that Scheer's max is now Emperor, i've yet to do the calculations. If so then the Scheer firepower of the German Navy could beat the allies into the Bermuda Triangle. Emperor only gives 2% extra attack then someone at king and scheer's attack starts at 29-30%. hipper starts at 35% so hipper still does more damage. scheer only has more defense cuz of emperor but that can be solved by giving hipper alert |
