Yeah grinding blitzkrieg gives me about 3 medals every minute which means 1 hour of grinding and I can get around 180 medals which isn't half bad but it can be extremely boring and mind numbing In fact it is very dangerous for your further military career . One day you will say "enough is enough" and stop playing. I personally play only those missions for farming that I like and find complex and interesting, even if it means lees medals per hour. We have to enjoy the process to be really successful in ET games. Battle of Stalingrad The Most Intense Mission I played so far.

So, tanks for farming medals and conquests for badges. If you can farm 2 badges per on average 7,5 minutes, then that is approx. 15 badges/hour, so 75 medals. If you can farm medals faster, then obviously, repeating conquests isn't worthwhile. Playing the conquests for the first time however gives much better rewards Yeah grinding blitzkrieg gives me about 3 medals every minute which means 1 hour of grinding and I can get around 180 medals which isn't half bad but it can be extremely boring and mind numbing Really 3 medals per minute? I try my best with 14 manual attacks with general per minute but can reach only about 1 medal per minute or a bit more. The drop rate of medals is not that much

(I got about 6k medals only by farming blizkrieg so I'm sure about this). I salute your determination (again). Anyway, I do not think the choice of generals featured in other theaters is relevant since we will be farming Blitzkrieg anyway. So Guderian and Rommel is enough.

Sometimes I can get 8 medals per long mission, sometimes 2, Sometimes none. Still, it's enough to buy every single general with this farming method

If so then yeah it's a really fun mission to play 😀

Grinding is actually the cause of me dropping ew6 1806 because I was ridiculous bored of netherlands 1798 and that caused me to play the game less everyday until I eventually dropped it, so yeah I've been trying to minimize grinding by playing the other modes when I'm stuck and replaying the campaign with a different tactic everytime it really helps to keep me from getting bored of the game unlike in ew6 1806 where I just toil away at netherlands 1798.

Battle of Stalingrad The Most Intense Mission I played so far. Are you referring to operation uranus in the allied campaign? If so then yeah it's a really fun mission to play 😀 It's fun as well. but I was referring to Battle of Stalingrad in Allied 1941 Eastern Front. It's fun with side objectives. You deal with first armies and then "Oh f*** I've got 4 turns to capture Rostov-on-Don". You capture it and then "Oh f*** I have 4 turns to occupy Donetsk with Manstein as main defender. It goes like this once more and after that your allies capture the last objective city to win.

Well I haven't gotten to that point in the game yet but I'm sure I'll enjoy it when I do eventually get there

I like all 1941 campaigns, the maps are large, the scale of a battle is huge, your allies are helpful (at times ), and last but not least we have one heavy tank most of the time. And a good tank general on a heavy tank is a real medal grinder And in the battle of Kursk we can deploy 2 heavy tanks - a real pleasure to watch it
