Yep  , if I remember correctly it is unlocked after the battle of Kursk... Btw, because of that I think that Rokossovsky is the best tank general in the game, since neither Rommel nor Guderian can equip it. |

Montgomery is able to use it as well with success, but Rokossovsky has considerable bonus against armored vehicles in contrast to Monty.. |

I have Montgomery as well, he is worse than both Vatutin and Rokossovsky imo, but neither of these is close to German Trio (Manstein-Guderian-Rommel). The one thing I like about him is high double-hit chances. Not worth it Also, Manstein can be used by both allies and axis (like all other IAP generals), so he can use KV-6 I guess. Patton may be better than all of the other allied tank generals, but idk yet |
