Golden mask is armor. It is equipped above on attila.

Is Golden mask a "ring" or an "armor"? Because if it goes onto a ring's slot it is rather chronically short of hit and only is viable with two pieces of Odin's set. Armour. It is passive too so can be given to a commander.

Quite likely we won't have any additional bonuses for equipping the new set. At least there is no indication of it. In comparison to regular sets

stoic, it would be OP Even without set bonuses it is probably the strongest set.

I was going to buy the Shield of Keel for Huo, but I've just equipped him with this instead of Guardian Armour for a couple of goes at the 4th Nordic trial and he survived the final battle both times, whereas he's usually the first to die. So can confirm, it is definitely OP!

In comparison to regular sets What kind of general would you recommend the platinum set of armor go to? My main damagers are Nobunaga with full paladin set, Khan, Saladin, Li, and Barbarossa. I currently use it on my arty Li but I think that’s kind of a waste

Since this lunar set hasn't any additional bonuses I would rather distribute it between my generals.

Well.. I like your Tipps. I have the life bottle artefact on ghingis khan. I find it most useful on him since he is at front taking as tank most damage. My best general is Washington and he carrys gungnir plus 3 paladin set currently. Napoleon is at third and nobunaga. I spend many time thinking about which equipp for whom. Now I think I am a bit wiser after reading this thread Li shimin I don't find devastating enough. I awaited more of his aoe damage.

"Bumping" a pinned thread for a quick question:
Who would you equip Thunder to? - Its active skill has a lower atk multiplier compared to Gungir, which makes it a poorer choice for Logistic gens like Saladin. - Its AOE effect hits adjacent targets so ranged gens are out of the equation, unless you place your archers and arty right at the very front of your front lines. - The main target will be hit with a "guaranteed" Rumour and inflict with heavy dmg, so it is a rather poor choice to use on a cav gen. This excludes the scenario of just using its raw dmg to finish opponents and relying on the Rumour effect if the hit fails to deal a lethal blow. - It should not replace useful aura attacks.
In effect, I narrowed it down to inf gens with an AOE active atk skill as the best possible candidates. For example, Alexander or Lincoln (preferably Alexander).
What do you think?

I also didn't know, but in the end I decided to give it to artillery general (in my case Napoleon). The guaranteed Rumor is useful, and if you are standing near the walls, you can destroy three of them at once.

I fact I am toying with the idea to give Thunder to Attila. First, Thunder has a huge crit rate bonus. It is a great advantage. Second, Attila is arguably the only one general with Commander skill in the game who is able to make use of a mythological weapon, because he refills his rage bar so fast. Here is an example: Turn 2 Turn 4

stoic, are you're considering giving him Thunder in player controlled game modes, but changing it for AI controlled ones? Under the best circumstances, he can possibly activate BOTH aura and Thunder, but I'm a bit too lazy to switch it out for Arena and Legend mode as well as plan my movements that precisely. Well, I can't say the same for everyone, but I do believe that this play style does suit you, so this is a good plan to try out on your end.
