Is it the same for Golden Mask and Energy Ring? Those two are already passive and give a chance of lowering enemy morale when attacked, while thunder should activate rumor only when attacking (with rage activated). But when leaving thunder active without attacking anyone, all enemy units that attack your general will be stunned if they get retaliation (assuming they survive). It's a known bug. I thought it had been fixed, but no, it's still there. Could be quite useful having a tanky gen holding it active in the front lines. Their entire defensive line could be jeopardized by this one exploit alone. Definitely going to use this to my advantage |
