Changed my vote to Hirohito, because he commanded the government the way any leader should. He did not meddle in his people's affairs. Of course, this isn't so great during a war, but in peacetime, it makes for an excellent leader. Also, He was lonely at the bottom.

Why did Hitler had lower rank? Both were the leaders of their countries. I believe he/she means army rank, for example sergeant. They both fought in WW1, but Churchill was an officer, while Hitler was a mere soldier. (Sorry for historical inaccuracy, my Source is Wikipedia and Oversimplified.) Just to ket you know I'm a he. So you'll know in the future. Yes, at the time of WW1 Hitler was a mere corporal while Winston Churchill was First Lord of the Admiralty(I think)
