1. He's met probably half of the galaxy's drinking population who have visited Coruscant. Surely he's got contacts that know about Kamino.
2. That is admittedly bad, but it happens in all movies, which is not an argument, but still.
The Geonosians are shooting only shooting green balls, so I think that's reasonable.
3. Yoda could've probably stalled Dooku without even sacrificing Anakin and Obi-Wan and getting of Geonosis later may have let Republic ships shoot him. 1. Good point, I agree actually 2. We saw the Trade Federation have anti-air defences early on in TPM, so for them to just let the Republic land unobstructed like that seems really convenient 3. All Dooku has to do is shoot force lightning at him and at least Anakin and Obi-Wan will die, and I'm sure he could spare 5 seconds to do that. Also the Republic had next to no warships over Geonosis, all they had in terms of aircraft was really just troop transports |

I think it takes a lot of maturity to be able to control your emotions and not let your impulse get the best of you, but the dark side uses a lot of "wild animal" instincts and always does things the easy way. |
