I miss your post. Seems like your high end reward is a bit low. I saw highest 146 silver reward at my 47th siege.
Another player said he has same situation (all battles have same reward) since he use new phone. Did you change your phone as well?

But either way it won't be much problem, I suggest just do auto the low battle if you are out of time as it work wonder. I tried 96/112 silver battle yesterday, and feel good not to manual control my general. Even if you fail, the attempt won't be deducted so doesn't hurt.

I tried auto defense and it's tough. Put down all wall/cannon/tree/trap and I only last until round 18.

I am at 37/50 defenses, and 52/80 sieges.
Siege is easy, I auto them in the last few days, so doesn't matter 80 or 800, I will auto there.
Defense is killing me as I cannot auto it, so I hope achievement ended at 50 lol.

Logging camp gives the least amount of resources, then mines and the farm the most. Maximum lvl. is 10 of those things. You usually get 2 to 3 silences overnight.

If you want to finish this mode quick, just focus on resource building first and raise other building only as needed to raise your resource building level higher.
Once you max resource buildings, then do whatever you want. 

You can make thing even quicker by exchange silver for extra resources.

Take me for example, I max resources building first without exchange silver for any extra resources. As of now I max every building in Castle mode, have 99,999 Food, 79K wood, and 73K stone. Precisely, I am about 109 hours away from have all resources at cap.
Castle is available to me on 6/11, so it takes less than 3 months to max everything if you follow this route (I do forget to claim resources sometimes).

But if you just do it casually, 5 months should be more than enough to max everything if you are willing to collect resources and spend medals. There is no reward whether you completing in 3 months or 5 months though, but siege is probably easier to auto if you raise it to level 17+

Hmm, what about doing away with walls?

Baiting the enemy with a sitting castle and hitting them with towers and one's full force?
With a princess, will the castle stand after 20 rounds?

I continue to have fixed reward from siege, at this point the problem seems to be only mine, anyway now I reach siege 90 With 4400 gold and 147 silver each so is not bad.

One more info: I bought the 300 medal from the market for 6000silver and it was 1-shoot like an item, after one week it doesn't spawn anymore and that give use the only option to buy only the 20 medal ones
