Hoth beats Rommel in terms of damage when his HP is above half. And his survivability is just a little less. His price will likely be a ways below Rommel's due to the lack of a fifth star, so the real question is, is he a viable choice apart from the Rommel-Vatutin dichotomy? Since he has 5 skills, he won't be much cheaper than Rommel. The cheapest 5-skill general, Model, still costs 3040. |

About Hoth's infantry capabilities, he's the same as Guderian damage and speed wise, but slightly better than him due to anti-tank, infantry leader, and ace forces skills.

It's out!
The 4 units can now go up to lvl 16, with 4 additional movement and 7 additional attack.
AF is now up to lvl 14, with 10 range and 16 additional shield penetration.
Supply is now up to lvl 12.

We have no idea who's in which but my guess is Balck+Nenonen and Marshall+Juliusz. |

Juliusz has little difference with Timoshenko. Marshall is the buffed combination of Mannerheim and Lin. Juliusz is just a worse Timoshenko. He'll struggle to beat Devers. If Marshall and Hoth are in the same bundle with a lower price, then it might be worth purchasing. But Marshall and Juliusz? Definitely not. Based on the current leaked pictures (Marshall and Juliusz are accurate), Balck is strictly worse than Rommel and Nenonen is just on par with Bai. Overall the new generals are not that exciting, but Sansonetti is absolutely amazing. |
