Österreich täglich Excellent news from the front! After 2 months of fighting, the Romanian forces occupying Transylvania have surrendered. And with that, we regain another portion of our empire! While the Romanian forces were decimated, we suffered minimal losses of our own, partially due to a quick encirclement at the war's start which allowed us to make use of artillery barrages without fear of suffering howitzer losses. The swift encirclement was largely due to the armored spearhead of 3 men: Heinz Guderian, Erwin Rommel, and Erich von Manstein. Each man led their 115 tanks fearlessly, and as such were promoted to command the newly arranged panzer armies: I, III, and V respectively. Each army consists of 5 corps of 115 panzers, for a total of 575 panzers under each man’s control. We currently have a total of 6 panzer armies, though we will be expanding. Another man who showed phenomenal leadership during the war was Gerd von Rundstedt, who ended up commanding the 4 southern army groups. While the panzer commanders may have punched through the enemy lines, it was Rundstedt’s quick action with the infantry which kept the lines intact and ensured the enemies couldn’t recover. As such, he has been officially promoted to field marshal of army groups Emil, Friedrich, Gustav, and Hienrich. In the end, our Panzer losses were not only replaced, but actually for lower than factory production, allowing the formation of 3 new panzer corps. Infantry losses were minimal, and nearly completely replaced by the special draft of Hungarian forces. Now that Transylvania is a part of the empire, we will begin a special draft of 200,000 men there as well (4 pages). This will replace all casualties not covered by the Hungarian forces, with 20,000 men to spare. We will also be extending construction of the Austro-Hungarian rail line to the region (extra 2 pages). The future looks bright, and it seems likely we will soon regain all territories which are rightfully ours. Here is a current map of the empire:  Ruhm für Österreich! Ruhm für Ungarn! Only for Darth Nihilus and Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov Darth Nihilus , my soldiers have already been advancing in Bessarabia and will in Dobruja too. You said that you would go down to Moldova, so if that plan is still the same and you are going to continue your march thorugh Moldova, then I can continue advancing through the regions along the Bulgarian border to, starting from Dobruja, if it's okay for you too? Though, we should be careful about Austria-Hungary and keep a wary eye, and should not put our forces too away from each other. Although we aren't in an active war with them right now, the war may start any time, as you know as well. And their army is still in Romania, which means that if we divide too much, this would be an opportunutiy for them to attack, so we must be careful. Only for Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov , Eugene V. Debs It is certainly only a matter of time before our fragile alliance with Austria-Hungary falls the wayside to their aspirations of reviving the old empire. I have kept 6 of my armies behind in Poland to keep them busy just in case, and I will ensure that the 400 000 strong of Army Group South does not put themselves into too wide a front.
I will expect to conquer the entirety of Moldovia within two pages or so, and you can take the rest of Romania (minus a port of course, which I am requesting).
Of course, the Polish invasion has been an absolute disaster so far, so I'm gonna try to launch one final high-risk attack and take Moldovia all at once. If I get destroyed this isn't gonna end well. Only for Darth Nihilus and Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov Yes, and also, both Bessarabia and Dobruja have coasts with the Black Sea and they include all coasts of Romania, so there's no need for a special operation for this, you can just choose a city in which you want a port, and it's ready then. 1. I'm preparing a massive offensive against Nationalist Spain, which requires that Austria-Hungary retreats from there. I hope this is okay to you.
2. I'm soon ready to go in Turkey. Only for Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov and Darth Nihilus1. Sure, as long as the socialist regime continues, it is okay for me (I'm, naturally, supporting them too, as I've mentioned before), and you have my full support on this. Also, has Austria-Hungary accepted retreating so far or will they keep fighting too, as Germany did before?
2. Okay, then I'll move my troops to there too as soon as possible. |

Only for Warlord247 Since you have merged with Germnay, you have presumably taken the command of Legión Cóndor. only Ah, I was unaware of such a legion. I thought that all troops were in Germany. As long as you provide my troops with safe passage I will gladly withdraw them.
And next time, do not assume that I am attempting to promote bloodshed. The difficulty of staying up to date with every matter in a country which was not originally your own is a challenge beyond your understanding.

I have a favor to ask. While Transylvania is the extent I need for my Kingdom, the factory of Romania will be in the region you inhabit. I was hoping we could work out an agreement for me to lease said factory from you, especially considering how much my army has contributed to the war as a whole.

As for factories, he usually makes the capital of the nation a factory, unless it's small like Luxembourg. Considering Romania is bigger than both Austria and Hungary, I think we're fine with assuming the capitol is a factory.

Though, I cannot promise for free elections. Hitler came by free elections too, so free elections doesn't mean democracy or humanity at all. The socialist regime will continue with our influence, though we will make sure everyone has a right to contribute to the policies and state their opinions, so there won't be a respressive dictatorship (and this is against humanity anyway, which is one of our principles), and democratic principles, as people say, will be applied under the socialist regime (as long as it doesn't violate socialism, like free market), and we will protect Spain and this fair order.
I hope that this is okay for you, since you don't have anything against socialists, a regime that respects humanity is enough, I assume? In fact, as an anecdote, even Léon Blum is socialist, and Daladier is from the Radical-Socialist party. |

 This is the current situation in Romania. The blue line represents the Romanian army. Their remaining forces are already spread thin, and they have no chance of effectively defending their front against Russia. If they were to try and cover the front they would only have a few hundred men per square Kilometer, leaving them virtually defenseless. The green region is their capital Eugene V.
