We are rating how good they are, not how easy/hard to get or if its f2p available/IAP.
His active skill is quite good. I tried him on the new Campaign and the fact that it resets upon killing, that it has 2 tile range and that him and whoever strikes the kill gets a bonus is very solid. However, the bonuses obtained are very random, in both level and usefulness. His last passive skill is also really good. However its a 4 stars for me, forced march when he is an infantry+archer gen and the consul skill make him not reach 5 stars.

Yup, tier 6 troop and a gem that is worth 3 times what Saladin's raid is worth. I wasnt keen on it when I saw it, as it felt unfair, but I guess whales do like it.
ET games are becoming better (also due its 2023 and not 2016) but they're also becoming more obvious cash-grabs. The amount of purchases you can do RN is atrocious, and too many rewards dependant on literally buying medals.

Honestly , I think C7 raid should have 1 or 2 lvl 1 gems in reward. Like william (2 gems + bad unit) and Mehmed (3 gems + good unit)
