IIRC, there's still a little bit more of Japan left to her north and Hokkaido based on world maps. At least we don't have too many crossings. Guess ET read the room and added more content.

Guess no Yi Sun Shin Honestly wanted to have a Korean conquest map or something Probably with the Japanese Invasions of Korea. Odd that they didn't split it into two campaigns.

Yeah I’m not a fan of these at all. I mean, I understand what they’re going for with Kaihime but I just don’t think that’s valuable at all. Old Ieyasu might be cool for some Martial Arena things but that’s about it. edit: I also noticed that Old Ieyasu has -1 infantry adapt and +1 cav and musket adapt. You really shouldn’t use him on a horse archer anyway (especially at the point where you’ll have this skin) so that’s just bad too.

In an earlier video, ET has shown that young Ieyasu's Vengeance also triggers when we disband a unit (making it somewhat useful in conquest) and now they replace it with a skill that requires not moving while also reducing his inf archer combined adaptability (crossbowman!). I really hope his active makes up for it.

I really hope his active makes up for it. Spirit of Mikawa lv4 makes it so that every allied unit around him takes -100% damage the next time they get hit (4 turn cooldown). That’s less helpful than his normal active for conquest. But you could probably time it for whatever wacky attacks that martial arena bosses has, plus you don’t have to move there.

Haven't had the time to really check it out yet, but I see that Narita Kai isn't IAP, which is great!

Both generals are F2P, and are both pretty mid, but more generals is always appreciated. I'll probably try to get them naturally, but I might spark just to round out my roster again. Tokugawa's new skill that replaces Vengeance is Static Advantage, which to me is a little worse than Vengeance. But he has one more adaptability with teppo and war gear, which is also... not great. It is probably better to remain with the default skin, and I'll prefer Motochika and Muneshige to him.
New campaign chapter is pretty easy much like the other normal campaigns. Haven't checked out anything else. I'll report again when I experience more of the new update.

Turns out Tokugawa keeps his 4 inf adaptability And I really like the takeda famous clan thing (two chapters done so far). It's similar to GCR hero legend in that we can only use certain generals and units but with much better historical accuracy and context.

It’s so jarring how wildly the difficulty varies between levels in the Famous Clan campaign. Like 2-1 is possible to lose, in 2-2 and 2-3 you just easily rout everything. 2-4 requires extremely precise play and isn’t consistent even then. 2-5 you win by just walking at the enemy.
I’d wager the next levels are gonna get a lot tougher and there isn’t much we can do to give us an easier time with them. All we can do is jack up Toramasa and Kansuke and upgrade some units, but we CAN use food…. So yeah, brute force is an option.

For 2-4, I still don't get why our mobility is cut. There's not status effect and even if the horse is missing, all 3 gens should be faster than common units.
