Iron Duke, How about a new run  Without gold/purple generals altogether The aim is to complete World War and Archers/Infantry/Cavalry trials (for obvious reasons Artillery trial is out of reach under such conditions) Not sure it is possible, but it should be fun, I presume

Objectively speaking we have a good combination of Commanders and Mythological weapons users amongst blue and gray generals. Archers have two great Commanders (Li and awakened Pachacuti), one decent Commander Jhansi and powerful Gungnir etc users such as Cathy and Mulan. Infantry has a whole bunch of Commanders and decent weapon users such as Lincoln and Belisarius and awakened Leonidas and Beowulf. Cavalry has some objective difficulties but nonetheless we have awakened Suri, Edward and Asoka and some decent generals like Hannibal, Huo and Takeda Shingen. And we have good Support generals like Mocte, Joan and Jebe I am really excited to try it Anyway today is October 21 2023 and I am in the game. It should be a long-term project but I still hope for the best  |

Oh, it was quite a long time ago As I remember I used Catherine with Gungnir instead and I was impressed. Results were mixed though because other ET games draw my attention and I stopped playing. |

I'd be interested in seeing how one does it. I'm stumped on the Trails which mass produced troops for an "epic" clash like a generic troop-spamming war game.

Even at the beginning... On one hand you don't have a star player like Atilla or Nobunaga, on the other hand you have plenty of resources for upgrading blue generals. Blue and gray generals are cheap to buy and to upgrade and that means it is possible to spend more than usual on equipment. Whether buffed blue generals are up to the task is still remains to be seen. It is unlikely that any of the princesses (Maria is an exception) will be unlocked without additional blue and gold tier generals, so last hard campaigns and World War should be really difficult and challenging. Yet I believe there is a chance. |

Certainly worth applauding for anyone who completes the hardest of these types.

He was talking about the trials of the princesses, some have slots for specific generals (fof instance Richard and Nelson are required for some missions of Oclio's and Elizabeth's trials). Unfortunately, we have to complete 5 missions to do it. Quite unrealistic with only half of the squad. |

I have been contemplating a new run but I was thinking of something easier tbh I predict that your 1k+ subscribers will be extremely happy 😊 Besides it is an unknown territory when many old strategies don't work. Just imagine that no-one accomplished it before. It is a chance to become crème de la crème of EW5 elite players And, truth be told, final success is far from guaranteed. What an exciting run it is |

I'm rooting for Jebe and the ArchComs Though Nobunaga and Nelson will be missed, (the chance of) not taking counterattack dmg and buffs is a huge bonus. |
