Well we got the ability to use the level 9 engineers and even at that high level they are still mediocre. Tunnels not being able to cross bodies of water is a major problem and seriously hinders its flexibility and usage. And tunnel can be blocked off by AI units standing on one side. So we are all in agreement with them in Tier 6. At least one ranking that is completely uncontroversial.

Agreed. I usually deploy my air/resource on any available game spawned (usually infantry) units...and engineer is low enough to use these with...or none at all. Willing to listen to any views in support of it, but so far, maybe advance mobility for resource/air hybrids like Dowding?

I would throw my eco gens on whatever infantry I start off, preferably mechanized infantry. After all, who else to get 3 brown ribbons than my eco generals?

4 new units (Apache, Abrams, Phantom Force and B-52). Their stats and abilities look impressive, but I guess we have to wait for events to get our hands on some fragments. And, I've read somewhere that the Enterprise got buffed a little (more air force points at lv9) and Halsey's skill also contributes to improving her performance.
There are now colors associated to elite units, I'm wondering if this is to mark their rarity and/or exchange rate in case we ever get this feature.

Firstly, we have ef colors. Purple, Blue, Green and Gray. Only latter 3 are purchasable with medals. Abrams gets 1. Crit rate up to 40% and ignore defense 60% (Active) 2. Defense Increase 100% 3. Gold Crit Overflow perk (same one as hawkeye, I think this comes in at level 5) Phantom gets 1. Phantom perk: grants invisibility and additional movement (Active) 2. Assassination: additional damage to units, more damage when invisible, 50% damage reduction to city 3. Organization perk 4. Helicopter launch (Active, level 5 onwards) 5. Crit damage B52 gets nothing new at level 5 or level 9 except upgraded perks Apache gets EMP at Level 5 and ability to attack multiple units with Akagi L5 skill. Also gets additional damage to tanks and artillery.

I’ld give engineers the ability (at a certain level) to fully repair artillery and armoured units and cooldown drop with level increase. This way this unit is useful. Now it’s trash.

It looks like Entreprise has become better since it now can spam Elite Airforce now. ET has let us test it in the new Wipe out the enemy Elite.

Okay, thank for your work, i also have some thoughts on these units: - Enterprise can be tier 1, it is too useful and can be purchased with medals. You can also use it anywhere that have port, having access to stealth strategic bomber prove to be a game changer in many scenarios . - B-4 deserve better position, having a city buster that can be airlift is useful, and it drop chance is just behind M7, though M7 is still limited when deployed even with higher level. With build in explosive that have high up time, we can change all explosive skill to Inferior Victory for every artillery general. This thing is my most deployed artillery units before i have Stuka lv5, and it is still deployed as 2nd one since my BM-21 is still struggle to reach lv5. -Wales should be 1 tier higher, why? It is cheap, easy to obtain, can blow up huge chunk of enemy general hp or even oneshot normal tank. If the enemy can't spam subs and have city that near water, it will shine. Even with naval engage, it organic high level can keep up expectation. -Hawkeye forces isn't that useless, in jungle it still deal higher damage than most of artillery. And any gen that have organisation or bayonet charge with soldier medal can still useful on them. This unit is incredible useful in conquest when pair with B-4.

Has Somebody tested the lvl 9 Enterprise with Halseys Skill? If i understand it right, the Spitfire should only cost 1 Air Point? Or is it still 2? Since the skill only specific name the normal Fighter? 12 Spitfire should so some decent damage per round.

No, as you can see in his skill description, everthing reduce 1 cost except fighter. And you can't use elite planes with enty.

At level 9 we can use the elite Air Force with enterprise, testable in "wipe out the enemy", but I don't have Halsey yet so I can't feedback on the original question. Based on my Spruance & Enterprise Lv 9 interaction it definitely provides a nice boost but again I find it hard to upgrade any units to Lv 9. I would rather have multiple useful units at Lv5+.
