Australia is not still a part of the U.K if Canada and New Zealand are not. Canada is still technically not independent because their head of state is the British Monarch (same for New Zealand), so saying that Australia is part of the U.K and Canada and New Zealand are independent is both incorrect and still doesn't answer my initial question.

I'm not sure why Australia counts like that and BTW Madagascar counts as a part of European Union, so technically it could participate in Eurovision, but it doesn't. |

General William T. Sherman, russia had the most votes from the public. but the points are half public, and half government. so russia became third since almost no government likes them.

Why does the netherlands give belgium points and vice versa? Why didnt ukrain give points to russia? Why did all eastern countries votr for ukrain? I can go on for a long time on this |
