Got wounded then decorated with a medal for that wound. Hilter is really more of a politician than a soldier but we are focusing on WW1 here so he's a lowly 'general' for the mod. Fitting to have crap stats tho.

He did very little worth noting in WWI (aside from teaching his dog to climb ladders) and his military idiocy showed in WWII
