All of Victoria, Suvorov, Lannes, Washington and Wellesley are top ranked. I personally lean towards Wellesley.

They are both the same, but Wellesley's Bugle (which is irreplacable) makes him better. However, I'd rather have Victoria as she is more practical (no banners needed). She is also the best you can get for free and best s/l. Without it, she's just like Dobeln. |

Victoria is more than Dobeln even without S/L
Assault art gives her on average a little bit more output per fight.
Defense art saves her on average a little bit more damage per fight.
She's also the middle tower between Lannes and Suvorov, and free!

I say Döneln is the best bang for your buck, and also I have heavy bias towards him, so its a win-win for me Umm, Victoria She's not attainable for much of the game, but she's Dobeln with enhancements. Dobeln is for sure your go-to mid-game infantry if you're more campaign-oriented |

Lol, I like Döbeln and he is quite good until you get Victoria, which for me is not likely (I do not have the patience/time to do HRE yolo run for her) so I rate Döbeln higher

Well in conquests,Suvorov is the boss,but if you want 5* and mass fire in the beginning,probably your attention will turn towards dobeln,and since i haven't unlocked Victoria,i don't no much about her.

Suvorov is IAP, and it's more worthwhile to use your emblems on Cav/Art Gens, so that's a no for him. Leaves you with Dobeln until you get Victoria |
