I usually get a 180 output when putting him on MG. So yes, he is wise, especially since Victoria is hard to capture. Hard to capture, but that's not an excuse for Lannes. He's not worth 8 emblems It is a fun way to spend a few miserable dollars/euros/pounds/etc. and laugh at light cavalry trying to take him down.

and of course their Fleet .
