My question was what did you mean by "Yes he was the same as the guy who took care of your..." He was a logistics officer, so he manages war materiel whilst the actual generals fight. So in a sense, his job was basically to keep count of the food/oil, metal, and gold you have in Easytech. It would've been better for him to be some eco/resource bonus in 3K, but Easytech used Romance of the 3 Kingdoms as their main resource, which i a novel written by aforementioned Luo Guanzhong, who was a Zhuge Liang fanboy who took stuff from Zhou Yu, Sun Quan and Cao Cao to make him more of a genius.

I've never even considered Zhuge Liang as a general. More of a tactician/author.

He was just the world's best logistics officer, an OK diplomat and the only person (because of the logistics) that had any idea of Admin and plans in Liu Bei's court! Read, I don't know, some actual history chronacles! I'm getting out of here. If you people actually look at the history and the cold hard facts, then I'll come back and stop ranting. The least you can do, no?

The least you can do, no? It's true that he was a dam good strategist and logistics was pretty important in those days. Let's just end it by saying he was pretty good but not as legendary as he is depicted in Lao guanzhong's novels.

I never read the novel and any Chinese knows that Zhuge Liang got 10000 arrows in three days thanks to his weather forecast, wrecked Caocao's army at the battle of Red Cliff! If you want evidence go ask any Chinese historian, and please do not think he was "just" an admin under Liu Bei!

"Rommel is an awesome general" or something.

Do you read 三国志? The Wu army wreaked havoc in Cao Cao's camp, thank you very much.

Der Kaiserreich, you have not responded to my question. Answer why you believe the Zhuge Liang fan Luo Guanzhong was right and the official history was wrong. And no, Chinese history is pretty honest, unlike certain European histories... Yi Sun Sin, wasn't he a member of the NZ army who lost Crete?

He just didn't have the muscle on his side to face the stronger kingdom of Wei. Zhao Yun was old by the time Wuzhang came around. The three brother were all passed. And yet if Zhuge didn't die before finishing the battle, Shu would have won.
