Ok because I am a little better can we talk about What if Gavrilo Princip Missed Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife bassicly What if the Archduke wasnt assasinated WWI wouldn't have started quite so soon, although tensions in the Balkans would've erupted eventually. Possibly a spat involving the Serbs, Bulgarians, Greeks, or Ottomans. Maybe rebels somewhere in Austria. WWI was an inevitable, given the global alliances, the tensions in the Balkans,, and the French Revanchism

I believe the Diarchy of Austria-Hungary wouldve become the Triarchy of the Danubian Confederation, with the ruling monarch being the Emperor of Austria, King of Hungary, and King of Slavonia (Slavic areas of the Empire). Their may be separate monarchs for the separate regions, however, following the transformation, so there could be three different monarchs, with the Austrian emperor being the Head of State of the whole country. Following this transition, all regions of the empire may want their own kingdom or Principality within the Confederation, however, which leads to two outcomes: 1. These divides still results in ethnic tensions, resulting in either the assassination of Franz and the First World War, or the dissolution of the Empire entirely. 2. These regions do gain their own kingdoms, which could lead to the following Kingdoms within the empire: -Austria -Croatia -Hungary -Transylvania -Banatia or Slavonia -Dalmatia The Empire continues on to become one of the most culturally accepting countries in Europe, and a juggernaut in European politics.

And either option sees Klemens von Metternich rolling in his grave

First alternate history question. What would've happened if Germany got Moscow in time in ww2? They would fight on no matter what because they knew what Hitler would do to those he considered inferior

Just look at Skanderbeg. It's the reason I choose to use his name instead of Bohdan Khmelnytsky.

First alternate history question. What would've happened if Germany got Moscow in time in ww2? Germans were few miles from Moscow, they even could see it from their camp, so I guess most of USSR would fall with that, althru there were big forces in Siberia too, so there would had been a long winter.

I'd expect them to meet a certain friend of the Soviets called 'massive guerrilla resistance' in Sybir.
