Napoleon Bonaparte, if you decide to touch Caledonia or Hibernia, it will seems to me that way you decide to break your treaty. You aren't supposed to touch it for a few turns even if Saxons are there. It's just fishy.

But isn't the treaty with the Celtic government which means if the Saxons conquered the Celts Rome is no longer bound by an agreement with the former owners who would no longer exist?

Because if you take Scotland I'm free to intervene in Scotland again and we both have a big border on the mainland as well. Irish BP 93 i think.

Picts/Celts would still exist in Ireland, and the treaty is about those two lands, right?

If Saxony takes Scotland but the Celts still exist in Ireland I would think that Rome can attack Saxon controlled Scotland but not Ireland.

anyway, a comprimise between best and me i get the 1/3 of crimea. best only lose half the bp he lost: 21 (104) I am gonna see Jean-Luc Picard have final word on this. Besides the the issue I have of sabotage applying into the already reduced dice roll there is the unfairness of lost I take. I could have had 20Bp worth of units defending and result would have been same but I lose less units. I could have had 200Bp worth of units defending and result would have been same but I lose more units. My point is i am getting punished for having bigger army this way.
