But isn't the treaty with the Celtic government which means if the Saxons conquered the Celts Rome is no longer bound by an agreement with the former owners who would no longer exist? that's right! Because if you take Scotland I'm free to intervene in Scotland again and we both have a big border on the mainland as well. Irish BP 93 i think. Rome.can attack Saxons in Hibernia

To everyone: yes, big armies mean high casualties
It also means higher minimum victory roll for anyone attacking the big armies

OK so losses
First attack, 35% losses = 8 infantries down.
Second Attack, 50% losses = 5.7 rounded off to 6
Third attack, 40% losses, 7 infantries down.
Total loss = 21 infantries, enemy army destroyed, ⅔ Saxony province taken. Roman Collective succeeded again!

Judea Phase 7 The woes of the visit of the Indian Merchants to the City of Jerusalem! Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him." When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. (Matthews 2:1-3) In utter disarray, the Sanhedrin convene in an emergency meeting on the pressing subjects of the identities of the vistors from the East, and their nefarious purpose and what ought be done about them. After continual discussion lasting well into the early morning, it is decided that for the sake of the faction Herodians, that the Indians must depart from the realm of Judea. In addition, the faction Pharisees also requests that not one of the foreign idols must be left inside the walls of Jerusalem. Away with the foreign swine and their foolish idols! We shall have no other king but Herod! We shall have no other high priest but Caiaphas! We shall have no other head of the Sanhedrin council but Deso-Koppel Ben! Away with the foreign swine, back to the East wherehence they came from! By a decree of the Sanhedrin, proper training must be completed immediately with 4 turns. Another decree, 10 turns to be spent a school in the matters of warfare to be established in the hopes of providing a more suitable defense of the Jewish free nation against the flithy outsiders that may have a hankering in trotting their slime into our homes. May the City of Jerusalem remain free and mighty! I apologize, I'm supposed to state that I have 1 infantry, but I am not sure if the +2 bonus from phase 5 applies to now or not. If not, just +1 and +1 from techs: 3 BP. If so, then 5 BP. Yes yes, I am pathetically small...

Did you adjusted for the sabotage nerf you got for this phase? no Just great. Be glad you didn't have MY monday... This morning, I woke up with the sewage system backed up and the shower flooded. I couldn't get to fix it because I had to go out and drop off my wife at her work then go directly to my university for a class which starts today. I parked on the wrong side of the campus and couldn't find my parking permit card (which can carry a risk of a police ticket with a $25 fine). Then I had to run all the way to the far side of the huge campus, but to save time, I ran through trees, up and down hills. I ended up sprained my ankle. Arrived at building 70, I realized I was supposed to be way over there at building 71 (they don't number their buildings in order, why? Why?). I hobbled over past 85, 84, and 83, got to 71. I almost got ran over by a bus. I managed to get to my class under 1 minute late, huffing and sweating. I sat down in my chair and I realize I left all of my pens or pencils or even markers away at home 30 minutes of driving one way. Yep, my Monday is a normal Monday for my luck. *face hit table*
