Only Mussolini made fascism and it worked as governmental system only in Italy, its more likely those countries would have Nazism or something like they had in reality dictatorship Well according to that, no country has ever been a communist state because it only work as a governmental system in the USSR or in Karl Marx's brain. None, not really, few African countries+Cuba had real communism, but in soviet union never, it worked as those who rule gets what they wants, everybody else what's left.. . |

By 1936 Polish hussars gets replaced by tanks built in Warsaw and Riga...

The Swedish Nationalist Organisation has become increasingly powerful drawing new members with the promise of a better socialist Sweden. With backing from the USSR the SNO sucssesfully launches a coup in Stockholm and forms an independent socialist Sweden. The newly formed Swedish Socialist Republic (SSR) is rulles an increasingly authoritarian regime and revives large amounts of aid from the Soviet Union.
The SSR begins funding grouped like the former SNO in Norway, Finland and Denmark with the hopes of weakening the Baltc Entente. The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Scandanavia are formed and are based primarily in Northen Norway. They are funded by the USSR and Sweden but are not as sucssesfull as the SNO was.
Sweden begins building a naval fleet but is unable to pass the Baltic Entente and an arms race begins. With the USSR's industrial might awaiting them, it is possible Sweden could become a threat to the Baltics...War is only a matter of time...

Chile has been through a period of instability as numerous millitary dictatorships were formed over the past decades. Now Chile has been united behind the new Marxist government. The new government focuses on the economy and the countries industry rather than the army. To protect themeslves, Chile begins negotiations with Brazil, hoping to one day form an alliance.

It is too ahistorical, soviets tried to do such things and all of those were ended, before even started, don't forget, Swedend and Denmark are monarchies and people highly values their kings Also even if they would make something like what you mentioned, it couldn't hold anything key to weaken entente, as Swedes would very fast deal with situation |

A restoration of the monarchy is proclaimed, with Isabel I being proclaimed Empress of Brazil. Brazil is a constitutional monarchy.
They agree to ally Chile only if they are democratic socialists and not communists.
