Farming that Inca conquest for literature and diamonds. Most battles be auto-battled. Battles where I controlled were when generals had to take capital with 3 range towers since I don't trust AI to able to handle them. Seriously the AI will get into a position where it's attacking the base but also in the range of the arrow tower. If it had moved one spot it could still be attacking the base but out of range of tower. Towards the end let AI control all battles. AFter my Persia empire age farming this conquest was my plan also... You already have a paticular quick strategy with autoplay? Lets say .. use generals in these turns to capture this and this city and afterwards you can let it autoplay? This will be helpfull for farming and not sepnding too much time on the conquest modus Yes I keep sending my generals in the same direction and cities. Biggest problem is the enemy changing capital is not always the same. Brief of what I do is send one general west to defeat Japan than China 2nd generals to defeat Aztec than England 2 generals west and work together to defeat Carthage than Roman.

What I ment is a minimum of conquered cities and generals from which turn you can autoplay and always win..
So using ur attack strategy but then stating which cities you have to have minimum upgrade of city building in paticular cities and upgrade till what age so AI can tke over... and always win... If we can get a guide towards this lets say in 10-20 turns then farming of literature will be easy..

I find this event to be disgusting. 30% off all units is pretty significant How did you get to empire age so quickly? What are the factors that determine the charge up speed?

What i don't find so appealing about it is the movement while on the world map, the cities, some having multiple routes, some having as much as one doesn't seem quite fair, on top of that, some cities are connected just for sake of it.
I mentioned in one of my posts that a province system would be better, instead of having cities, have whole areas from which you could move only if they're adjacent to each other..

They could have at least sticked to the HEX based one..

They could have at least sticked to the HEX based one.. Once they change, they will stick to it until next 'new' engine. I am sure many complained about Hex when GoG was released from the EW3/WC2 players.

I think if Easy Tech implement world map the way you mention but just remove the borderline and draw lines that connect adjacent provinces together, the map will be exactly like it is in EW5.

Very true, kanueI suppose people got tired of crossing the Pacific or Central Asia, all of those empty hex spaces. One thing I'm glad about the new conquests system is... NO MORE BRISBANE!

There is a open spot in the walls at Calgary. Must be a mistake because there is never a opening.
