I have badoglio and Messe what should i do How many medals do you have? At this point, getting Guderian will provide you with enough firepower to clear this on Normal.

Funny. First I captured Nagasaki, and then I went to attack Tokyo. By the time I reached the city, it was still under Japanese control, neither party had captured it, and the Soviet generals were all dead. When I captured Tokyo, USSR was still my ally, and they didn’t betray me through the whole scenario. They remained in my side even after I captured Sapporo which resulted in a victory. BTW, this was on Normal.

All gens survive, Zhukov survives or Zhukov and Rokossovsky survive).

I’m doing the Pacific Allies Hard missions and so far they’ve been as easy, sometimes even easier, than the Normal missions. I didn’t have issues with clearing Operation Sunset on normal since it’s definitely much easier than Destination Berlin. I will use the same strategy for Operation Sunset Hard.

Good tips, especially about letting the soviets capture Tokyo. Would have been a nasty surprised for some people playing this level to see the soviets became enemies. “A Tokyo a day keeps the Soviet away”

I am not at all able to get to Tokyo. I only have Messe and Leeb and decent tech. I put Messe on the starting heavy tank and Leeb on the rocket artillery. I am able to take Osaka and the airport city, but Yamamoto bombs the crap out of any unit that nears Tokyo, and okamuru usually finishes them off. My Russian allies are all dead before they touch the mainland. Same with the British. My strat bombers don’t have the range to hit Tokyo. Leeb dies around turn ten at the hands of Terauchi. If anyone could help, I’d appreciate it

He was so annoying that in my barely acceptable run, the thing I changed up was using the nuke on him after drawing him out of the city. Nagasaki you can send something to go take with paratroopers. rest is speed and luck. I run had the soviets actually land and help me with two of the cities but this was very lucky. Good luck

Since you are very close to entering the CWE, having his firepower will be a crucial addition to your team.
