You should always make sure that you have Panzer Leader, Armored Assault and Blitzkrieg. Then you can buy Rumor. After that, Explosives. Or Machinist in mods. |

i meant rumor, but I think otherwise, without rumor even if you dont get retaliated for all your shots you wont fare well in 1980
