Konev just might be the one. Solid output and cheap(if you have the skills) Konev is a beast. You put him in rocket artillery with upgraded abilities and a nice medal, and kill stuff quick. |

So, have we agreed on who's the best? So far, Vatutin seems to have the edge because TANKS!!! And lv 3 Pz Leader is insane. He is mini Guderian, I think.
However, Leeb is cheap, high HP% (although Artillery nerfs it), a substitute for Messe.

I put both those medals on Konev. He hits like a truck. One shots tanks if you put him in stacked rocket artillery. I like to pair him with Guderian or Manstein and cut a swath of destruction. |

Actually it is possible to get Konev, complete all 1939 conquests with A+ rating and without buying any generals and complete at least axis 10 and allies 8 (mostly 3&2*)will get you almost enough medals, do some of the challenges and missions and you should have enough medals for Konev, but by all means I don't recommend this way unless you are better strategist than me and can win all those campaigns with first try(tbh I couldn't even nearly get all missions on first try, I had missions where I was stuck for up to 10 tries) |

Konev isn't to hard to get, if you can manage his challenge. I don't know his price, so let's say it's 2500. 40% off and it's 1500, you get 800 from the start. I believe you get 300 for A rank in conquest, and if you play as finland, spain and germany, you get 300 more. And after playing like, 5 campaigns then you'll end up with 1500+ medals(easier said then done, I didn't even dare to try since I am still a beginner. Will try in like, 3 days or so  ) |
