Russia did send their navy to protect the American pacific coast during the civil war. That's why I said they'd help the Americans.

For the Spain and France second action, France devotes resources to capturing Rome. They assist the Spaniards but Spain has had many casualties. Sicily is taken by the combined forces. French troops return to Sardinia. Spanish soldiers stay in Sicily and in Rome.
Italy is divided in half between France and Spain.

A.France supported Sardinia-Piedmont
and
B.I don't really like having military actions before the war has began, but diplomatic stuff is fine.

I will take italy the next time It became a country in the 1860s through Garibaldi (Sardinia Piedmont) that means we just destroyed the chance of an united Italy. |
