Nope. Cmon, with the last hint you’ll easily find the name. We're not supposed to look for it though! I know I've heard of him, just can't bring it to the front of my mind... In the TV series “Turn” I’m hunting Washington’s spy. I’m probably more known in North America, because a number of my former officers joined the continental army and used my tactics against the British in the American Revolutionary War. There’re re-enactment groups playing the rangers named after me.

If you don’t mind I’ll skip the question and find a new one.

If you don’t mind I’ll skip the question and find a new one. That's up to you. As long as you give the answer though Personally I'd give it until tomorrow at least as people may have been away for the weekend or something, but it's your call.

If you don’t mind I’ll skip the question and find a new one. I don't think anyone knows him, or maybe some do know but forgot his name. Right now, you can choose to provide the answer & come up with another qn OR make us guess his name using spelling.

How long should we give Marshal Forwards to respond before we move on to a new question? 48 more hours as of this post? If by then Marshal Forwards does not respond, first poster gets to ask a new question. GM liamcog, any thoughts?

I beg your pardon. My Mum died after my last post. So I was busy with arranging a funeral and didn’t log in for a while.
The answer was Robert Rogers. His troops became populäre as Roger‘s Rangers.
Sorry, I’m currently too occupied to think about a new question.

Sorry, I’m currently too occupied to think about a new question. My condolences. Take as much time off as you need, death is not an easy matter to handle. Don't worry about the game, we do not need anyone to commit their all to such games, they're only played for fun. You tried to make a fun round, that's what counts. You also decided to head back here to give us an answer even though it was not compulsory. You're already being very generous & nice to us. _______________________________________________ Take some time off EFC if you need it to recover & settle the affairs, we'll welcome you back if you choose to return.
