I can't seem to ever get more than one gen, I went for yorck recently, but ended up getting gouvion, probably going to restart.

I can't seem to ever get more than one gen, I went for yorck recently, but ended up getting gouvion, probably going to restart. My advice is to restart. I didn't spend any medals on crappy General. I unlocked a few Princesses and used them to shake up Campaign mode. Sophia, Kate, Maria and Fatimah are quite easy to get, and they will help you quite a bit. Also, I bought two slots, but you should be able to do it with 4 Generals. Go for Domourez (a good cavalry gen), you can also use him to give Lan the extra Cavalry star. Or, if you can grind and get trough a few campaigns, save 900 medals and go for Golitsyn. He rocks! |

Grinding for medals isn't that hard. Casually do some conquests, and you'll have lots of medals before you know it. I somehow ended up with like 1500 after doing a few campaigns, and messing around with a few conquests. Now I almost have 3000 after just playing around some more and I'm trying to get rid of them, but I can't find any trainers.

Well I'm only on imperial eagle and coalition but I'd say that imperial eagle is harder. For the longest time I was stuck on the battle of the five emperors (it was called something like that Idk). I hated the challenge of eu4. It was just on the too hard side.

Oh Austerlitz was a pain, the French one I managed to beat once with generals given, and coalition on as well. Well with a ton of health kits of course.
