Who wouldn’t like him on their team? I would probably grab up macarthur for a hybrid. He has the most hybrid potential imo out of anyone. Super fast, - damage when attacking artillery, street fighting lvl 3. If you give him rumor and pf you can use him really on anything. And how dare you forget Timoshenko, the one who invented being a good hybrid in wc4

I’d probably say no. Timoshenko is konev with more stars on land units, plain fighting, more movement, and even shelter. I personally don’t like air generals at all in wc4, so imo a fully upgraded timo is way stronger than arnold
