Yeah, but I think it will be impossible to defeat US and Canada.
I tried Hungary, did pretty well, but the Allies destroyed Japan in the Pacific War and were already invading Europe which was all but conquered by the Axis.

hungary is tough even for slightly experienced players. As finland it will be easy as you can gain a lot of resources in russia. If you are really keen Thailand can be done with low technology and 1 tank gen 1 infantry gen. With guderian and manstein this should be even easier. If you are really keen I can give you the guide for you to challenge yourself  |

Yep, I already began Finland, and the Axis are doing way better than before.
I haven’t built an empire, but Germany managed to conquer almost all of Europe. They are already trying to invade the UK and are depriving the country of its resources and taking its generals out. Cunningham, Mountbatten and Montgomery are already gone, along with some low-tier British generals.
Meanwhile, I’m invading URSS, who essentially becomes free real estate after its generals are dead. Graziani is helping me out by invading Stalingrad. Zhukov was a bit annoying but I managed to kill him. Hungary is using a city they managed to capture as a base of operations to send troops and support in the conquest of the Soviets.
Japan is also doing much better than before. They managed to gain some territory and are already invading the Asian part of the URSS and Mongolia.
Italy and Spain are working together to take Africa over. They managed to gain some territory and are moving to conquer the French and British colonies. Bulgaria is invading Jerusalem and Damascus.

I'm still not sure. I have Leeb with Freedom Medal. Guderian has rumor and explosives. So I don't really know what to give him. Gone, Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr, help, please! |

As his 4th skill, give him Rumor. As his 5th skill, give him Infantry Leader. Konev has Raider, that + his potential 5 Infantry Stars + Infantry Leader will make him very powerful in Infantry as well. As his medals, give him the Sun Medal and the Empire Medal. |

Not sure about infantry leader,but will give him rumor.Thanks! Artillery Leader, Accuracy and Rumor are enough to make an Artillery general perfect. Any other skills would be either redundant or not as useful as these 3. Konev is already perfect as Artillery, so you can use the last skill to make him awesome in Infantry. Trust me, you won’t regret it. If you stumble into a mission which is 100% infantry, use Konev with his 5 Infantry stars + Raider + Infantry Leader and he will perform very well. If you still feel uncomfortable with him having Infantry Leader, then give him either Plain Fighting or Explosives as his 5th skill. The Infantry Leader part is just to make him useful as a backup infantry general, it won’t overshadow his main role as Artillery. You are welcome. |
