Same here, to the point of I tend to use someone else over him. He maybe overrated. I use him for suicide missions a lot of the time or for City grabbing upon landing .that's how I use him. He really is a bomb . Unlike Suchet or Wellesley he just doesn't have that defense for taking a beating . But he's perfect right where he is IMO. Give him another chance and he'll be be your go-to guy. He’s better than Washington. |

There is nothing like a triade of cavarly generals smashing everything in thier path. Really feels so good! But if you really like to suffer,choose dem grunts infranty guys and beat your head against the wall!! Not to mention Cavalry slays infranty. I finish 1815 as kingdom of naples and seen France’s Massena single handly conquer Spain, Portugal, defeat 2 British admiral and invasion from Canadia, help defense Paris on his way leading his troops to Netherland front against British, Swenden. He finally be defeated there but i am so impressed that i have to give him the tittle King of Iberian Peninsular. All that without a healing item. The power of Old Guards + one of the best Infantry generals in a nutshell. |

If you have karl, i think the jungle fighting medal is better (so you can give the 10% to napoleon). Unless you are planning on buying john. Then you should give the jungle fighting to john and the crit medal to karl. |

He is ok but can only get prince. Let's go on . He is not ok. He is the second best infantry general in the game. Saying washington or someone similar is superior is simply false The difference between prince to king is not all that significant. You lose 8 battle ability, which is nothing, and 4% defense. You can still have lvl 5 skills which is whats important, especially for aura buff. |

Washington has higher output and defense, but 2/5 of his skills are meh and his lack of Aura makes him less efficient when your using a team of Infantry generals, which you probably will in challenges where cavalry is banned. |
