Still, artillery benefits the least from this. You just can't spam artillery and also percentage-wise it is lowest improvement (because arty already starts with the highest attack). However, I must stay that Kutuzov is pretty dissapointing (free Jordan does about 2/3 of his damage) and still aura buffs are a very good skill for any general, regardless of having other units to support. |

His biggest oofs are the fact that he only has 3 skills, but that's survivable, what the main problem is is that he only has 6 art ability. Realllllly big oof right there. The indisputable best non-IAP Artillery General. The only general that does his job better than him is Napoleon, who is IAP. 5 stars, the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire is a must-have General.

Back in the day, the elite players like stoic and especially andrei would roast us about buying mahmud instead of alexander. It was quite amusing actually. But most of us noobs absolutely drooled over Mahmud II. He is quite good, but depending on what team you want to follow, you might want to get Alex I. If you want to get john as your artillery general, alexander i would be a great support as they are both mountain fighters. |
