Btw, to donate Portugal is perfectly fine in 1798. But to donate Sardinia was a futile affair.

I don't want to play 3* as the reward is low And I still want to max technologies, so 1* countries are my best friends for a while And even better Saxony 1806  |

stoic , do You remember Your Portugal fighting Spain till turn 35?  I was about to beat my Saxony 1806 record. Killed Russia at turn 32, Britain at turn 34 and was preparing for a winning screen... but suddenly:  Never happend in my previous Saxony runs that Spain neither sent troops to help taking Ireland nor to attack Morocco... They also were not attacking Sardinia. Simply no Spanish troops on the map. Several units and 2 ships. This is a 3* country without the enemies on the borders! WTF!?
