^^regarding the above movement discussions, heavy cavalry like armored cars and tanks still cannot cross large mountains in the alps right? I couldnt confirm that theory Yup. I just wasted 15 books like that on Ludendorff. Stick to forest.

Wonderful general, but his max rank does not have the same bonus as other emperors. Weird. Still after strike and surprise are added he hits very very hard! Great for light cav!!

Get him if you want a cav-oriented lineup. Otherwise, get him for conquests.

He only has edge and desert, his other skills are terrible. Even if you gave him strike and surprise, he would be horrible outside of the desert. If you gave him jungle and mountain, he would be a worse nikoaevich. If you want a desert general, enver pasha is the way to go imo.

Nikolaevich can help even in History Mode.So he's a great buy as he has def formation and good terrain skills.Dessert is his playground
