I have gotten Isabella now... in my conquest save that didn't even used generals. Coalition and Eagle about to be completed but the RNG forbids me from getting another arty trainer for Sophia's fifth star. Still, the restart is worth it since I have 100+ stars in my inventory and much of the campaign somehow got first try 5 stars (other than russian expedition, BY 1 TURN NOOOOOOOOO). I am not sure what you mean by restart. For me, restart means: starting the game new. In this case I recommend: finish first once the whole campaign. The later campaigns become significant shorter. Hints: You can replay campaigns where you did not get 5 stars the first time, and pick up more medals. Most of the stars that you get for campaign-success, can be sold (best to use a 5* trade general) a few stars you may use to unlock units in the beginning of a new campaign. Advertising: If you want to restart the whole game you even can try one of our mods. The v3 XD-versions use the IPAD-quality for android. The new EW4-v4 (soon) has completly new, AI optimized units and graphics with a never expected quality. All these mods are faster and have an optimized UI for better gaming experience. May I ask you what kind of device you use for playing? |

I'm using a Samsung A13 Yeah I meant starting the game new (although the previous game I've only completed til Rise of America) I just use Alexander in Austerlitz to sell the stars and spirits I got from ads Is there other ways to get the headquarter refreshes? I'm already pass the Unification of Germany with a 4 star Isabella (along with a 5 star Sophia and original Maria), both Imperial Eagle and Coalition has been fully completed and I even got a warhorse that lead to me winning USA 1775 on exactly round 25 and have obtained Kate and Sakurako. |

I'm already pass the Unification of Germany with a 4 star Isabella (along with a 5 star Sophia and original Maria), both Imperial Eagle and Coalition has been fully completed and I even got a warhorse that lead to me winning USA 1775 on exactly round 25 and have obtained Kate and Sakurako.Β Using Alexander in Austerlitz for selling is perfect. I really recommend finnishing once the campaign - no restart - you have already nice princess and the first two campaigns are longer. Grinding for academy-refreshes is painfull slowly and you need luck - never miss a Diez, he is the only move trainer in tier 1 - it can take 20 and more refreshes untill you see him again. War horse and Snair drums are the most important items - swap them during your movement. When you are finished with the original, keep it and try one of my EW4.x mods: Assult and Chess-mod are nice for example. Thank you for your device info - this helps me develop .4 |

But you should have the necessary items: Snair drums ! They are necessary for cav surviability. With a 5* trader you can buy and sell items without loss: rent items . Two more slots is my recommendation for EW4, but you loose them on a restart. |

Even trainers are not really needed in the game. The amount of medals you save by getting Arnold or training a Princess to buy items is almost the same. There's an 8% difference between a 3 star trader like Isabella and a 5 star trader. You can minimize some of the costs by having Alexander in Austerlitz sell your items so you only lose a little when you buy. The trick to me is patience, ie don't buy useless +1 or +2 attack items, the fire truck, TENTS (lol) etc.

Is there other ways to get the headquarter refreshes? Try this method, siriusk, this will get you three full refreshes within 5 minutes. If you get used to it, the time reduces to 4 minutes or less. This is revolutionary, compared to the old method, Fire of Revolution grind. It took a whole 5 minutes just to get one refresh, compared to this new method that gives all 3 in less time. If setup correctly, you get 16% each load- and that means you need average of 6.25 loads per refresh. 19 runs will give you 300%, with extra 4% that will be lost if you don't have room for it. The first post in the thread above explains the mechanics, and third post guides you to building one. This probably takes somewhere between 45 minutes ~ 1 hour 30 minutes to set up. How long you spend building the farm depends on if you use generals from the start. By the looks of it, you seem to already have decent Sophia and Isabella. Recommend to start the game with the two of them on each rockets. (My personal opinion is that it doesn't matter who takes which rocket) |
