Cheapest of the IAPs that also comes with a non unique banner. The most versatile IAP but not as good as the corresponding specialists (Spartacus, Attila, etc). Nonetheless, top players like andrei , hrabrimalitoster, yuanzhong get him for completion reasons I wonder if there are people who only purchase this general..

I have a bit different opinion to Andrei about Hanxin. My problem is Hanxin's talent works very bad for me, it's seem like 20% instead of 50%. But as least, he work well on every types of land unit.

Saw that and you both made good points. For me, besides being generally interested in the inner workings of skills etc., Han Xin is off limits due to being an IAP. But I suppose, testing 20 times without triggering the cavalry innate attack again (or better, putting him on archer/infantry) should help determine whether it's 20% or 50% as a first step.

I make 2 test and the result suprises me . The talent actived 11/20 (55%) and 16/20 (80% and it equal to theory percentage = 100% - (40% x 50%)). . Very good result in test but I don't feel it in real use. May be my fingers make him unconfortable while I make the test with auto click When I have time, I will make the test on percentage of 3rd attack.

yuanzhong, sometimes our perception is flawed and sometimes the probabilities themselves (as you showed for the EW7 drawings)

I was kinda unsure about him at First, especially because he has hide which generally isn't regraded as a good skill. But I think he is a good buy and I purchased him after giving it examination and taking into account his banner of dragon, him and the dragon banner are essentially a package deal.
My point of comparison is with Belisarius, who I consider to be the best non-iap cavalry and I believe Han Xin is only a worthy buy if he is better. With Han Xin, he has better chance to attack again, better chance to dodge counterattack. Belisarius's biggest advantage is probably his higher chance to do a critical attack, especially if he has the banner of Apollo. But Han Xin mitigates that advantage somewhat due to him being able to reach 6th tittle in way of honor (Belisarius can only be promoted to 5th tittle) and his banner skill which doubles the WOH title bonus Overall I think he is better than Belisarius and can be the 2nd cavalry after Hannibal.
While he is looks most suited for cavalry, having the potential for 9 points in cavalry and being deployed in cavalry in arena/epic war. I am thinking about deploying him on archer due to his high chance to attack again. I consider extra attacks to be most significant on archers due to them being able to avoid counterattack damage most of the time. Cavalry already has a 60% chance to attack again after destroying a enemy legion. So his extra attack chance is arguably most significant on archer.

If your Commander is cavalry focused he'll be better than Han too, but yes, he isn't the best, but he isn't the msot expensive either. Probably not going to buy him though myself.

I imagine there will be another op GCR Chinese general talent - overwhelm, 25% chance to ignore counterattack level 4 charge on 10 sides - 24% chance to attack again (universal skill)
