  Made some more progress. Currently my only allies are Naples, Ottoman, and Sweden. I have stolen 1 city from each of them. I'm really trying to get that last city from Naples. I'm playing around the enemy Radetzky opening a city for me to steal. |

Will try, not with Switzerland but I did something similar with Algeria when everybody but France was still alive. Turned them against me

I have successfully turned Naples neutral, and have lured a Prussian general to attack a Swedish city. Hopefully I can steal it. Ottoman has plenty of opportunities for me to take from them, I just need to be in the right place at the right time.

Russia seems pretty easy to steal from most of the cities in the rear or not guarded at all.

Russia seems pretty easy to steal from most of the cities in the rear or not guarded at all. I know for a fact that in Russia 1806 you can turn Prussia neutral on turn 2. The Russian generals can move close enough to the places near Danzig in 1 move and Prussia exits the cities so it's free. |
