It should be in the upper right and isn't even the capital. Basel is where the mountains by France are in 1798 even though you could argue that's the Jura as well. Switzerland is complicated I know |

Not really even though possible. It'll be hard to steal from someone like the Ottoman Empire and Spain or Denmark Denmark I'm at war ottoman I don't think it's possible |

The only good ally you have is Italy (and that they are totally dependent on your forces), and then we have the Ottomans, who are a thousand miles away Equals, total shoot time period for the blues |
